Club Rental Information
Rental Prices : $75/per hour | 5 hours for $350 | All-Day rental is $500.
A Security Deposit of $100 is required two weeks before the event.
This deposit needs to be in the form of a Check or Cash and mailed to PO Box 412, Safford, AZ, 85546.
CASHIERS CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
All Club Members and Non-Profit Organizations receive 50% discount on rental prices.
Proof of Membership and Non-Profit Organizations are required for discount to apply.
No alcohol or Smoking is allowed on the premises.

Rental Information and Contract
Please take the time to look over our rental contract before booking.
Our Clubhouse is available to rent for parties or special events.
The building features 2 Rooms with a total building occupancy of 100 people.
Rentals Include use of the Grand Room which is a perfect space for larger parties and features a tuned baby Grand piano with a max capacity of 80 people, a Full Kitchen for preparation of food and storage, the Library Room which is a more intimate space and features a fire place (This room is booked upon special request and is only available when not in use by the Club, when scheduling your event please speak with the Rental Manager if you wish to use this room during your event), and Tables/Chairs (20 - 34" square tables, 7 - 6' rectangular banquet tables, and 100 chairs).
Seasonal decorations both interior and exterior are provided to enhance your event or be relocated for your decorations.
